We passionately connect grassroots communities to regional and global processes, supported by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.government.nl\/ministries\/ministry-of-foreign-affairs\/about-the-ministry\">Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_cta h2=&#8221;THE PROJECT FIVE PATHWAYS TO DELIVER THE THEORY OF CHANGE&#8221; h4=&#8221;Under the Climate change and environment pillar AACJ helps AYC to reach out to the rest of the African youth within the continent and outside.
